Romelu Lukaku's Transfer Saga Takes Unexpected Turn as Inter Back Out of Negotiations

Lukaku loses Inter Milan and Juventus try to secure the striker

Inter Milan has today decided to withdraw from Romelu Lukaku transfer negotiations. The decision leaves the door open for potential moves to Juventus and a Saudi Arabian club as alternative options for the Belgian forward. However, Juve's pursuit of Lukaku hinges on their ability to sell Dusan Vlahović.

Inter Milan's sudden decision to leave negotiations for Romelu Lukaku has come as a shock, considering the Chelsea striker's impact for them last season and his crucial role in securing their spot in the Champions League final. The Italian club had been engaged in talks with Lukaku regarding his potential return to the club, but they have now taken a surprising U-turn. The reasons behind Inter's decision are due to Lukaku having a conversation with their rivals Juventus, which has left Lukaku's future uncertain.

With Inter stepping back from negotiations, Juventus has emerged as a likely destination for Romelu Lukaku, Juventus have put in a bid for Lukaku worth a total of £32.1 Million plus £2.1 Million worth of add-ons. Juventus and a Saudi Arabian club are in the mix for the Belgian forward. However, Juventus can only proceed with the transfer if they manage to sell Dusan Vlahović, the talented Serbian striker. This dependency on offloading Vlahović adds a layer of complexity to Juventus' pursuit of Lukaku. Meanwhile, the specific team involved in the Saudi Arabian club remains undisclosed, but they offer an alternative option for Lukaku.
